Purchase & Delivery
Q: Why do you need to take the full amount of the money upon purchase? Can we pay in instalments?
A: Currently all our products are produced upon purchase and customized based on your preferences. We will gradually roll out more customizable features as well so that is why we need to accept payment in full first. We are also exploring the possibility to pay in instalments.
Q: Can I refund or return my sex doll?
A: Unfortunately no. This is because of the hygiene issues related to this type of product. We are unable to accept a return of our sold sex dolls once they have been delivered. This is common practice for vendors and sex doll manufacturers within the industry.
Q: Are the shipping boxes and delivery discreet?
A: Yes we try our best to be careful and discreet as we understand the importance of our clients’ privacy. Therefore the dolls arrive in a wooden crate or a cardboard box depending on what is sold and there will be no indication or labelling on the box that reveal the contents inside. This process can take up to 9 weeks as dolls are made once the order is received.

Q: How tall and big are lifelike sex dolls?
A: As the name suggests, lifelike sex dolls will be life size. TPE and Silicone dolls start from close to 5 feet and can be as tall as 5 feet 7 inches on average or even taller in exceptional cases.

Q: There are creases and wrinkles on my doll, what do I need to do to remove them?
A: If creases or wrinkles have come up after use, just lay it flat on any surface. The wrinkles should even out on their own.
Q: Any tips on how do I store my doll to avoid any deformities?
A: Dolls should not be stored in conditions that cause creasing, such as tight fitting clothes. Wrinkles that stay for a longer period of time become permanent. Many silicone dolls need oil in their manufacturing for casting silicone. If a doll is laid on a surface for a long period of time, oil would ooze from the skin on to the surface. Moreover, doll’s butt or breasts may flatten out depending upon where the weight of the doll rests. Thus during storage, position of the dolls must be changed every few days.
Avoid excessively cold and excessively hot storing conditions. Room temperature that is comfortable for humans will suit the doll. Also avoid storing the doll in humid places as the doll may soak in too much moisture in these conditions.
Q: My doll is cold and feels lifeless, do you have any tips to make it warm just like a normal human body?
A: For silicone doll owners, some cover their dolls with an electric blanket before sex and since silicone has heat retention properties it doesn’t lose temperature quickly.
Q: Will heating damage the dolls?
A: Silicone is resistant to high temperatures and therefore heating these dolls does not deteriorate its materials. Self-heating dolls are energy efficient and safe to use.
